Our codes - the philosophy of Embrace Norway:

Mirada and cabeceo. This is a safe, elegant and even fun way of inviting someone.

Emptying the floor during every cortina. This ensures that all dancers are free at the same time, and that everybody has a clear view across the dance floor.

Looking for a new partner for the next tanda. This will increase the chance for everybody to enjoy lots of lovely dances.

Showing courtesy to your fellow dancers! Following the dance lines and the usual traffic rules on the dance floor. Using "leader cabeceo" before entering the dance floor / to allow others to enter.

High boleos and similar are not advised since the floor will be crowded.

... it's extra cool to check out new people.
